BuildStory AI is an AI-powered platform that generates animated video stories from text prompts. The Service uses third-party AI models to create images, audio narration, and video content.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating videos. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire during your active subscription period.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant BuildStory AI a limited license to process your prompts and generated content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes on third-party intellectual property. BuildStory AI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BuildStory AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or be free from errors. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildStory AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
