Why I built BuildStory AI

Hi, I'm Georges — I built BuildStory AI by myself.

I wanted to turn ideas into videos. Every time I opened a traditional editor, though, I'd lose the idea somewhere in a maze of timelines, layers, and settings before I got anywhere close to finishing. So I looked at AI video tools instead — and ran into the opposite problem. Most of them buried a genuinely good idea (letting AI handle the tedious part) under complicated interfaces, confusing credit systems, and workflows that needed a tutorial just to get started.

BuildStory AI is the tool I wanted to exist: describe your idea in a sentence, and get a finished video back — no editing timeline, no confusing pricing, no learning curve.

I built it end-to-end — the AI pipeline that writes, illustrates, narrates, and scores each story, the billing and credit system, all of it. If something about it confuses you, that's a bug I want to know about, not a feature.
